Rates subject to change without notice. All stays subject to 10% Transient Occupancy Tax. Plus $4.50 per night Lake Tahoe Measure Z Bedroom Tax. Non-refundable $110 cleaning services fee is required for all stays. A $100 reservation fee is required to book reservations made more than 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. This fee will be applied towards the $300 security deposit when we receive full payment of rent and the $200 balance of your security deposit.
