1. Start by following one of the five routes to South Lake Tahoe provided courtesy of Virtual Tahoe.

2. Be sure to check the current road conditions at Caltrans before you leave. When the map of the Lake Tahoe Basin appears, click on the highway of interest for current conditions.

3. When you reach South Lake Tahoe, follow the map below to get to our place:

Take U.S. 50 to Ski Run Blvd
South on Ski Run Blvd to Pioneer Trail
Left on Pioneer Trail
Right on Keller Rd
Left on Pine Hill Rd
Left on Timber Ln (one way)

1. Check the Calendar of Availability to select which nights you would like to reserve.

2. Please be sure that you are in agreement with the Rental Terms and Conditions before contacting us.

3. Contact us by email, telephone or fax to make your reservation. If you use email or fax be sure to include: your name, daytime and evening telephone numbers, and nights that you want to reserve.

4. We will contact you by email or telephone within 24 hours to verify that the dates you requested are available.

   We must receive a completed and signed rental agreement along with any required payments prior to confirming your reservation. Do not make any airline or other travel arrangements until you receive a confirmation from us.

   For reservations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a cashier's check or money order for the full rental amount plus the $300 security deposit is required.

5. We will send you a confirmation along with additional instructions for payment and check-in procedures. If you don't receive a confirmation and instructions, please call us as something may be lost in the mail.
